There are no refunds on this product and all sales are final. However, damaged or defective items will be replaced at zero cost.

We ship to your doorstep (this is a physical product) on the next business day. However, due to restocking and mail times, allow 1-3 weeks for delivery especially if you live outside the US. It probably won't take nearly that long, but it's best to be prepared just in case.
